In a small rural community in Char Asiab, Afghanistan, families have lived for generations without a local mosque to gather, worship, learn, and support one another. Due to decades of instability, poverty, and limited government resources, the area has never had the opportunity or funding to build a proper community mosque.

Today, the residents are standing together in hope — and they need our help.

For many people around the world, a mosque is more than a place of prayer. It is:

• A center of education for children who cannot access formal schooling

• A safe space for community meetings, problem-solving, and guidance

• A source of spiritual support in times of hardship

• A place that strengthens unity, dignity, and hope

Right now, the people of Char Asiab are forced to pray outdoors or travel long distances to other villages, often facing harsh weather, unsafe roads, and overcrowded spaces. Building a mosque here would transform daily life for hundreds of families.
