Hi,

my name is Kim Hougaard-Lützhøft, and I am raising funds to help build and launch Daystarter - a project created from lived experience and a deep wish to help people who struggle with structure, timing and everyday routines.

I do not want to reveal the full concept too early, but the purpose is clear:

We want to help people who need better support in everyday life.

This includes people with ADHD, changing sleep patterns, medication routines, vitamins, allergy medicine, asthma routines, birth control, health habits and other daily tasks that can be difficult to manage when life does not follow a fixed schedule.

For many people, the challenge is not laziness or lack of willpower.

It is mental load, changing energy levels, irregular days and the constant pressure of remembering what needs to happen next.

I know this personally.

I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, and I know how much energy it can take to manage routines that others may see as simple. Especially when working nights, sleeping late, or trying to keep track of important routines during an unpredictable day.

That is why Daystarter is being created.

The goal is to build a simple, supportive and respectful solution that helps people create more calm, structure and overview in their everyday lives.

The funds raised will help us with development, testing, design, launch preparation, legal setup and building a strong foundation around the project.

A larger part of the vision is also to establish the Daystarter Foundation.

The foundation will aim to support people, families and initiatives where structure, digital support, guidance and everyday tools can make a real difference. This could include children, young people, adults with ADHD, families under pressure and people who need better support in managing daily routines.

We also want to build an eco idea into the project.

Our vision is that subscriptions can help fund tree planting, so that when people receive support for their own everyday life, the project also gives something positive back to the world.

This is not only about building a product.

It is about creating support, dignity and hope for people who are trying their best every day.
