Now under new ownership, Dance Trance is stepping into an exciting new chapter — and we’re building our home base dance fitness studio in the heart of Springfield, Jacksonville! A space where creativity, movement, and community come alive.

All other spaces in Jacksonville offering Dance Trance classes will remain the same — this is simply our family’s new home base and creative hub for the program’s future.

Dance Trance has always been more than a fitness program — it’s a movement. For years, we’ve motivated people to express themselves through dance, connect through music, and build lasting community that goes far beyond the studio walls. Now, we’re creating a dream studio designed for dancers, instructors, and creatives to come together under one roof.

This new space will be:
