My name is Davon Livingston and I’m a personal trainer who has been on a mission to change lives through fitness and motivation.

I started Lose-N-Tone Fitness 15 years ago because I saw the need in my community and in my own family to provide health/fitness education through group classes.

Lose-N-Tone Fitness has grown over the years to provide more than just workouts but health education seminars, Nourished meal prep service, and a community now of hundreds of people who connect through fitness and sharing their own testimonies.

Your contribution will go towards our brand new location equipment. We’ve poured a lot into creating a home for our members. I know the commitment it takes for clients to hit their goals and with this new location I can be even more committed to providing better service.
