Help build Library & ICT lab for these needy kids

The town of Likpe Bala is a rural community located in the Oti region of Ghana. The struggles of the community particularly in the area of education and health are so eminent. Children struggle to find a convenient place of study and the lack of computers in their schools is making the study of ICT a nightmare. The community  decided on their own to build a multipurpose community center to include a library, a computer center to find solutions to the challenges the children in the community are facing. Interestingly, the community had started the project, and this was done through funds raised from their regular mini fundraising events and Support from indigenes and friends. In fact, the community has been offering their labor services selflessly just to ensure that the project becomes a reality. They have managed to complete the foundation of the project by themselves, but  it was a struggle financially. Sadly, the project is at a standstill now due to lack of funds. The community is determined  to make a positive difference in the lives of their children. The purpose of this fundraising is to support the community financially to complete this project . The library and the computer center will serve over 20 other communities within the catchment area and will transform the lives of over thousands of children.
