Happy Hoglets Multilingual Nursery was born from a simple belief: children thrive when they are surrounded by kindness, nature, creativity and opportunities to explore the world around them.

As educators with more than 30 years of experience working with children and families, we have seen firsthand how the early years shape a child's confidence, curiosity and future success. We have also seen the growing need for high-quality childcare that celebrates diversity, supports multilingual families and nurtures every child's unique potential.

That's why we are creating Happy Hoglets Multilingual Nursery in Plymouth.

Our nursery will be a warm, welcoming environment where children aged 2–5 can learn through play, make new friends, enjoy outdoor adventures and discover different languages and cultures in a fun and natural way.

One of our biggest dreams is to create an inspiring outdoor learning garden where children can climb, dig, plant flowers, grow vegetables, read stories under the trees, explore wildlife and develop a lifelong love of nature.

Our vision includes a sensory garden, discovery trail, mud kitchen, outdoor library, creative art spaces, active play areas and a multilingual "Our World" corner where children can learn about cultures from around the globe.

As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, every pound we raise will be invested directly into creating the best possible environment for local children and families. We are not building this nursery for profit; we are building it for our community.

Starting a nursery is a significant undertaking, and creating a high-quality outdoor learning space requires resources beyond our current budget. That's why we are asking for your support.
