Help Build Barrie’s First Gurudwara

Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Religious Society is fundraising for Barrie’s first Gurudwara

Inspired by Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji’s sacrifice for religious freedom, this Gurudwara will stand as a beacon of courage, service, and unity, strengthening bond between sikh diaspora and wider community in Barrie area.

As Barrie’s Sikh community continues to grow, there is a pressing need for a local Gurudwara. Families currently travel over an hour to attend religious services and community programs. Gurudwara Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib will be a spiritual home for prayer, Naam Simran, service, and education, promoting Sikh values of compassion, equality, and selfless service.

The location for the Gurudwara has been selected at 264 Salem Road, Barrie. With the property now secured, we need your financial support to help set up the Gurudwara Sahib.
