Inclusive Playground for Hanson Park school

Kathy Holguin, school-based occupational therapist, and Elaine Rodriguez, school-based physical therapist, of Hanson Park Elementary School, in collaboration with the local school council, are determined to create an outdoor, accessible playground for all school-aged children regardless of physical and/or intellectual abilities. Currently, Hanson Park Elementary School does not have a playground for kindergarten-8th grade students, let alone students with disabilities. The goal of this GoFundMe project is to raise funds for an inclusive playground for Hanson Park School and the Belmont-Cragin Community.

We invite you to join us in bringing this all-inclusive playground to life! Our fundraising goal is $300,000. All amounts help us reach this goal. Donations will be used towards construction, labor, and equipment costs.
