Help Build a Safe Haven for all Beings!

Hello beautiful people!

 

My name is Lisa and I live with my partner Diogo and all our (6) fur babies in a converted van. As you can imagine the van is a little crowded, but we can't stop rescuing animals. We have 3 dogs (Rumi, Yuki & Kya) and 3 cats (Otis, Mozy and Zenny). We are also planning on rescuing chickens this year and maybe some donkeys / horses. All animals who need a loving home can come to us.

At the moment we live on someone else's land, where we can realise this already a bi, but in the future we would like our own piece of land. Our dream is to create a 'Safe Haven for all Beings'. When we have land, we will start an off grid, self-sufficient (spiritual) community where humans can live/visit and MOST IMPORTANT, it will be a safe and loving home for animals in need. Together, in nature, in peace and harmony!

We are going for it!! We want to create a little piece of paradise where everyone is welcome and where we can all work together. We want to create a world where money isn't important, but where helping each other is. We can do so much more than we think. We all have an amazing strength within us, that we can use to live the life we want to live. We can inspire each other, by going back to basic, back to nature and back to ourselves. Find our true purpose here on earth, by being happy.

We would love to start this asap, but we need your help. I fear the day that there is an animal and we have to say no. The cat in the picture below was the first animal we met, who really needs and deserves our help. He is old and in very poor health, but he lives on the streets. I called him Memphis and we visit him from time to time. It breaks my heart to leave him behind every time (we tried putting him in the van, but he hated it), but I promised him that when we have our own piece of land, I will come back and look for him, to give him the life he deserves! He is a very special cat. In my head I picked him up to bring him home many times already. I just wish this day will come soon in real life.

This is the reason why I thought of using a crowdfunding, to speed up the process and help animals along the way as well. We are living very cheaply, to save up, but it would be amazing if you can help us (even if it's just a little bit), by donating/sharing (to) our crowdfunding. We need at least €50.000, but as we both have an income as well, I thought €10.000 will be a good start, also to help animals already. I'm not even sure if we will ever reach that amount here, but every little helps. We believe in this project and want to start building a New Earth, where peace, harmony and compassion are number 1. Please help us to create this, so you can come and visit us and for the many animals who will be able to live an amazing life, in freedom!

PS: Even though I’m 99,99% sure we will buy the piece of land and make this project come true, I do want to reassure you, that if something unexpected happens, I’ll donate the money to the animal sanctuary where Oliver (the pig that I once rescued) lives. They do an amazing job!
