Ray Gravel (‘black powder Ray’) lost his cabin in a fire last night. There are already pre-fabbed log walls available on the west side that need windows and a wall and floor built. Total cost for materials would be $60, 000 and we have volunteers ready to complete it for Ray in time for winter if we can raise the funds quickly. Ray has been living here for 37 years and lost the cabin he built himself and everything in it but if we raise this money at the very least we can get a roof over his head again before the winter.
