If you’re here, it’s because you believe in giving someone a real chance to change their life. Everyone, meet Ree!

This fundraiser is about giving one woman in Thailand the chance to build the future she deserves.

She already has the land. She already has the passion. Her dream is simple — to cook, to serve her community, and to provide for her family with dignity. What she doesn’t have are the funds to turn that dream into reality. That’s where we can make a difference.

Together, we have the opportunity to build her a small Thai eatery on her family’s land. A place where she can cook, welcome customers, and create a sustainable livelihood that restores her independence and pride.

I am personally committing £2,000 to this project to get it started. But in truth, that alone will not be enough. At £2,000, a very basic frame could go up but it would not be resistant to the notorious tropical weather and would leave her without the essential equipment she needs to actually begin trading. To give her a real chance, we must aim higher:

£2,000 → A bare minimum frame — but not weather resistant and without the equipment needed to start trading.

£4,000 → A safe, weather resistant structure with basic kitchen equipment — a functional starting point for her business.

£6,000+ → A strong, sustainable, fully equipped eatery — one of the nicest in the area, a place Ree can be proud of and her community will love to visit.

Every donation, no matter how small, will help move this dream closer to reality. And if you aren’t in a position to donate, simply sharing this campaign is a huge way to support it.

This ensures all donations are handled securely and transparently. Every penny raised will go towards building Ree’s eatery and equipping it so she can start her business.
