GR33N 3nk LLC is a privately owned, for-profit conservation-based agricultural business working to acquire and responsibly steward land in Southeast Oklahoma. We are seeking voluntary public support for an action-first plan that brings land conservation, pollinator habitat, native wildflowers, wildlife refuge, responsible agriculture and daily stewardship together on one property.

Our vision is approximately 333 acres. The final property may be smaller or larger because suitable land with an existing residence is unlikely to match that number exactly. We will pursue the strongest responsible opportunity available within the approved budget, considering conservation value, water, wildlife habitat, lawful residential and agricultural uses, access, connectivity, existing improvements and total cost.

Land has not yet been purchased, and we will never represent it as secured until a lawful closing is complete.

Why land comes first

Pollinator habitat, native wildflowers, apiaries, botanical growing areas, wildlife protection and conservation media all depend on the property’s soils, water, habitat and existing improvements. A usable existing residence would provide the base for daily land stewardship, property security, habitat monitoring and ongoing operations. It is included in the property-acquisition budget for those purposes.

These figures are planning ceilings, not automatic spending authorizations. Property-specific costs will require appraisal, title review, survey, inspections, environmental and water review, insurance review, written estimates and documented approval before major commitments are made.

What the land would support

The property would be managed to protect wildlife habitat; establish native wildflower and pollinator areas; develop carefully placed apiaries; grow selected flowers and herbs in limited agricultural zones; and install wildlife-safe cameras that may eventually share responsible conservation and educational content without exposing sensitive animal or residential locations.

Equipment, fencing, planting and bee purchases will be phased according to the actual property, ecological baseline, season and documented need. Nothing will be purchased simply because money becomes available.

If the full goal is not immediately reached

GoFundMe is not an all-or-nothing funding platform. A lower amount will not be presented as sufficient to complete the entire $3.33 million plan. Funds received will be tracked through the LLC and applied only to documented campaign purposes, beginning with appropriate preparation, professional review, property-search readiness and a controlled acquisition reserve. We will not enter a binding property obligation unless available funds and due diligence support a responsible purchase.

Our transparency commitments

GR33N 3nk LLC will maintain category-level records, publish material progress updates and clearly distinguish planned work from completed milestones. Payments will be directed only to the company’s verified business account. Any material change to the property plan, budget or timeline will be disclosed.

GR33N 3nk LLC is not a nonprofit organization. Contributions to this fundraiser are voluntary gifts and are not represented as tax-deductible. Contributors receive no ownership, land rights, repayment, profit sharing, investment return, goods, services, merchandise, event access, agricultural products or cryptocurrency or token rights in exchange for contributing.
