We are raising funds to support Bright English Pre- and Primary Medium School, not only a school, but a children’s home in Loliondo, rural Arusha, Tanzania. This initiative brings life-changing education, safety, and hope to hundreds of Maasai children from vulnerable backgrounds—and it needs your help to grow.
Founded in 2009 by Juliana and Baraka, the school currently serves over 500 children, with more than 300 living on-site. Many of these children come from the local Maasai communities, where access to education and healthcare is still extremely limited.
The goal of the school is not only to provide free, quality education—but also to offer a safe and nurturing home environment for children in need. The school also runs important awareness programs in the community, addressing critical issues such as HIV/AIDS and Female Genital Mutilation (FGM).
This is a local initiative, run by dedicated Tanzanian educators and supported by international volunteers. Every contribution goes directly toward improving the lives of these children.

Why It Matters So Much
The Maasai are a semi-nomadic community with deep cultural traditions, but access to basic education remains limited, especially for girls. By supporting this school, you are giving children the opportunity to learn, grow, and break cycles of poverty—while still honoring their culture.
As volunteers, we've seen firsthand the incredible impact this school has on the community. Your donation—large or small—will directly support the children and help create a safe, supportive space where they can thrive.
100% of funds go directly to the school
This is not a large NGO—this is a community-run initiative. Every donation goes directly to materials, food, and building resources. We will share updates on the campaign so you can see the impact of your support.
Please consider donating and help us spread the word by sharing this link with your friends and social networks. Together, we can build a brighter, more equal future for these children.
Asante sana – thank you so much.
