Help build a bigger and better database

A few years back the hockey fight hobby lost one of its most valuable resources when dyg went down. It was a vast database that many fight fans visited daily. Now it is time to build a new fight database that will be owned and operated by fellow fight fans who are devoted to the hockey fight hobby. We’re looking to create a website dedicated to chronicling the great history of fighting in hockey. A place that will give fans point click access to the fight cards of some of the greatest fighters of all time-and the not so great as well. With the help of YOU, my fellow hockey fight brethren, we seek to build what we once thought was impossible when the yellow site went down. We seek to build a central resource for our hobby. A site that will log every fight in the NHL’s long and storied history and other league’s as well. A place to go and vote on your favorite scraps, watch fight clips, research fight card info, trade fight dvd’s or a place to simply talk fights. We want to build a place fight fans can call home.

It’s not going to be easy-or cheap. We are not looking to run through a quick WordPress site or hire my cousin because he knows a little about computers. We need to bring in a web design company that can help us make our vision a reality. The minimum cost to build a database like this will be $10,000.00. This is a steep price for anyone who has a family, works, and pays bills. So, we are asking our fellow fight enthusiasts to donate to this gofundme account to help us reach our goal. The time is now!
