Rebirth of Kosova Church (ROK) in Gjakova, Kosovo, does not have just a building project going on - we have a vision for transformation. We want to love our community in practical ways; meeting them where they are and caring for their needs.

Thanks to the Municipality of Gjakova, that provided the land, and New Day Impact from the Netherlands, that is funding and overseeing construction, we are closer than ever to opening a place that will serve as both a sanctuary and a community hub. Now we need your support to complete this vital project.

Our Vision and Mission.

This church and community center are more than just bricks and mortar, they represent a foundation for renewal and hope in our city. For many years Gjakova has lacked a dedicated space where people of all ages can gather, grow, and thrive.

This church community center will:

Be a place where the lost, broken, and weary can find peace, encouragement, and belonging.

Host camps and events for youth and children.

Provide hot meals, food parcels, and essential support to the most needy in our community.

Offer literacy courses and extra curricular programmes to disadvantaged children and adults.

Providing training in professional skills, in particular for single mothers and widows, complete with certifications and job placements.

Offer basic nursing services and companionship to senior citizens in need.

Immediate Needs:

To bring this vision to life by November 2025, we urgently need to raise funds for essential equipment and enhancements:

Outdoor terrace, steps, disabled access and parking space for 20 cars.

100 durable, high-quality chairs.

Media equipment including media projection and video recording device for church services, live streaming etc.

Musical instruments including an electronic drum kit to enrich music programs and worship services.

This church will be a lasting symbol of resilience and renewal. It will serve as a hub for faith, education, and social services; meeting both immediate needs and investing in the long-term wellbeing of our community.
