On behalf of Buffy LaCroix and her family, we ask her friends and family to donate to her medical expenses and share this GoFundMe on your page. Buffy is currently at MUSC, awaiting a liver transplant. She is out of network with her insurance, and medical expenses are quickly increasing.

She has been in and out of hospitals for months. She has had numerous tests and multiple blood transfusions and is fighting hard but is very weak at the moment.

Additionally, she has two teenage children. Her family is doing their best to care for and meet their needs while their mother will be out of commission for several months.

Any help you feel inspired to give is appreciated. Any funds raised will be in the care of her twin, Stacey Puckett, who will use them to pay out-of-network insurance costs, household expenses for her children, and accommodations while she is in recovery and has to remain in Charleston.
