Hello everyone,

Meet Buddy Schubert – a remarkable young athlete with a passion and talent for high jump that has defied all odds. For the past seven years, Buddy has been breaking records and competing at the state level, all while training in his backyard with his mum and sister holding up a curtain rod for him to jump over and on his family’s farm with nothing but a few mattresses and his own determination. His self-taught skills are nothing short of incredible, especially considering he has done it all without the luxury of professional coaches, specialized equipment, or dedicated training spaces.

Buddy’s natural gift for high jump has earned him a place on the international stage, and now, with your support, we can help him take the next big leap in his athletic journey. He has been invited by Sports travel Australia to compete in the 2025 track and field tour Canada, where he will have the opportunity to showcase his talent on a global scale.

This is Buddy’s chance to compete at a level he’s only dreamed of – but he needs our help to get there. The costs for travel, accommodation, and event entry fees are substantial, and that’s where we’re hoping the community can come together to make this dream a reality.
