Buddy, my younger brother Steve’s beloved cat, is fighting for his life after a devastating attack by five coyotes. He’s currently in the hospital, suffering from severe injuries—punctures that are allowing air into his body, paralysis on the side of his face, dislocation of the heart and lungs, weakness, pain, and lack of urinary control. The hospital bill has grown significantly, and Steve, who works hard but has a modest salary, is taking on this enormous expense out of love for Buddy.

The funds raised will go directly toward Buddy’s ongoing hospital care, giving him the best chance to survive and recover. Donations will also help cover medications to ease his pain and support his comfort during this traumatic time. Every contribution will make a real difference in Buddy’s fight to live and in easing the burden on Steve, who is doing everything he can for his cherished companion.

Steve humbly didn’t want to ask others for donations, but I know that Buddy’s hospital bills will seriously impact his ability to live functionally.
