Buddy, George Ripley's son, is facing an incredibly difficult time after the sudden loss of his father. George passed away at 75 after a short battle with illness, leaving Buddy responsible for unpaid bills, funeral expenses, and the house loan. As Buddy's close friend, I am organizing this fundraiser to help him navigate these challenges and honor his father's memory.

George served valiantly as a United States Marine and was a beloved member of the Doney Park community for over 20 years. He made his home a safe place for neighborhood kids, always welcoming them and acting as a Grandpa to anyone who needed one.
