Bud Comer has always been the kind of person who listens with compassion, serves with humility, and loves others deeply. For years, he and his wife Laquita have poured their hearts into their church family and community—showing up with kindness, support, and unwavering faith.

In June, Bud was diagnosed with cancer. This unexpected news has brought major challenges, including the need for ongoing treatments, travel to medical appointments, and a growing number of medical bills. Laquita, who has faithfully run an in-home daycare for almost 30 years, has had to close her business to care for Bud full-time.

Now, it’s our turn to be there for them.
