*** Help Bud Get Back on His Feet---Literally ***

If you've ever met Bud Fenster, you know he's the kind of man who never asks for help -- because he's too busy giving it.

He's the first one to show up when a friends fence is down, when a neighbors trailer blows a tire, or when someone needs a hand at the roping arena. He's built his life around hard work, family, and community --- and now it's our turn to help him rebuild.

In September, life threw Bud a curve no one could of seen coming. After a serious medical emergency, he had to have his right leg amputated below the knee. The road to recovery so far hasn't been easy, but if you know him, you know he's already determined to get back out there -- working the fence line, providing for his family, and climbing back in the saddle.

THE GOAL:

We're wanting to raise $15, 000. to help cover:

His " prosthetic leg" , so he can get back on his feet ( literally)

Medical and recovery costs while he's off work.

Family support as he transitions back to being the provider we all know him to be.

WHY IT MATTERS:

For Bud, riding and roping aren't just hobbies-- they're healing. Getting back on a horse will be his therapy, his motivation, and his reminder that even when life knocks you down, you get back up stronger.

Like the " Six Million Dollar Man" , he jokes that he'll soon be ** half human, half mechanical ! **---BUT we all know he's still 100% heart.
