Bucky is a 1-year-old rescued pit bull who has quickly become a beloved member of my friend's family. He is sweet, loving, and incredibly smart—always eager to make new friends and share his affection with everyone he meets. Unfortunately, Bucky is now facing a serious health crisis: he has a possible bowel obstruction and needs a scope and probable emergency surgery to survive.

Bucky's human dad is about to graduate from nursing school, and his human mom has been managing all the finances while caring for their three young children. The family is doing their best to stay strong, but this unexpected situation has put a huge emotional and financial strain on them. The cost of surgery is more than they can manage alone, but with your help, Bucky can get the care he needs. Every donation will go directly toward his medical bills, giving him the best chance at a full recovery and many more happy years ahead.
