Babblejit "Bubbly" Kaur has been a cherished part of the Long Beach community for over 30 years. As a family friend, I have seen firsthand how much she has given to those around her. Alongside her husband, Singh, Bubbly operated Natraj Cuisine of India for more than two decades, serving countless neighbors and building lasting relationships. She also worked at our local Rite Aid, always offering a friendly smile and a helping hand. Bubbly is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and she has been trying to stay in the country legally.


On December 1, 2025, Bubbly was detained during her scheduled biometrics appointment. This sudden detention has left her family and friends heartbroken and worried. She is in the Adelanto ICE Processing Center and the conditions are inhumane.
