Bubbles is my loving and loyal ESA. She was recently diagnosed with an intranasal tumor that is cancerous and life-threatening. She needs radiation treatment that is either in Canada or hours away from where I live (the main treatment for inner nose tumors for dogs).
I've known Bubbles her whole life, but she didn’t become fully mine until 4 years ago when her precious owners, like family to me, passed away within the span of 3 years. At the same time, I had to take her from the only home she had known, and she lost not only her parents but her older doggo brother too. This left her with a lot of fear that, in the span of four years, she has overcome to become the loving, kind, goofy, and powerful creature that she is.
I promised my friend I would take care of her no matter what, and I intend to keep that promise. But as someone who is disabled and on a severely limited income, I don’t have the resources to provide the treatment she needs. I am asking my community to help support us in giving her more time.
