Ariella Sky and Grayson Leo-Douglas have the best daddy that anyone could ask for. If you ask Bryson what his biggest accomplishment is, it is that. He says often "at the end of my life, I will be on the Mt. Rushmore of fathers."
Everyday is a new day for him to teach and love his babies. He takes pride in being their father and great responsibility knowing that he can teach them how to care for others, how to be kind and loving, how to not hold onto the past but trust yourself and believe in yourself always. He is their biggest support.
To his friends, you know of those qualities that I just spoke of, because he has been that for all of you. It could be your first time meeting him and you'll talk for hours, telling him some of your deepest secrets or confiding in him with things that you usually wouldn't with others. His heart is so big and he loves fully. If your a friend, your a friend for life. He is always supporting so many people with his listening ear or helping hand because he believes strongly in "Not Suffering in Silence."
"You are important" is what he embodies and the standard he pushes you to believe and trust.
Now we need help.
Bryson has been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma Follicular stage 3 and will start the battle for his life. During this time he will take a leave of absence from work as he does chemotherapy the next 4-6 months. Daily necessities for the kids, our household bills, etc. continue to stack as we get ready to receive medical bills for this process. We are making our way back to Utah during this time to receive help with the kids as this is where Bryson will do treatment.
