Bryson (25 years old) had a massive stroke late 12/27/25 that caused paralysis on the left side from head to toe. Back in 2013 he had open heart surgery to repair his Mitral valve and we know now there is an infection that caused the clot with the valve. He is now looking at open heart surgery after the infection is resolved to place a mechanical valve in the mitral valve. There are high risk waiting as well as during surgery. We want to raise money to help transition him into this life-altering change and all the adjustments that come with it.

He is in nursing school and plans to continue once he is able, and there are fees and loans that will and are already owed, and he won't be able to work to pay at that time. This is a challenge he will have for the rest of his life, and while we know he is one of the strongest and most determined young men, we know this will be a constant and ever-changing struggle for him.

He is looking at months of rehab and a lifelong alteration to the life he knew. Thank you for anything you can do.❤️
