Urgent: Help Brynn Stay in School-Clear Tuition Balance

My name is Brynn, a sophomore at Fisk University. In my situation, I am responsible for covering the tuition gap not covered by scholarships. This Fall, I faced hardships that made me fall behind on my payment plan and left me unable to clear my balance and register for Spring classes, such as reduced work hours, struggling to find additional employment, and several unexpected financial challenges that required me to dip into my savings. I am unable to get Parent PLUS Loan, and I do not have any co-signers for other student loans. Because I am disabled, I am unable to join the military for tuition support either.

I’ve secured a better-paying job for the Spring semester to help cover future expenses, but I still need assistance paying off my Fall 2024 balance. Despite working tirelessly over winter break to raise funds, I am $1,500 short of clearing it. I know the photo says I need to pay $2,665 but I have 1,165 I can put towards my balance, I just need the rest ($1,500) to make one full payment.

I have made countless sacrifices for my education, and taking a semester off would be a tremendous setback as it would jeopardize a scholarship I receive from school for future semesters and be a great obstacle to overcome.
