last night, the u-haul trailer carrying all of brye’s gear and merch was stolen. inside was her guitar, pedalboard, other essential touring equipment, and all of her merch — over $6,000 worth of stuff that she needs to keep touring.

the trailer has been found abandoned on the side of the road about 45 minutes away, but unfortunately everything inside had been taken. the hotel where the trailer was parked didn’t have cameras, so there isn’t much else that can be done at this point.

unfortunately, theft is far too common for musicians on the road, and losing this much essential gear is incredibly devastating. brye is currently on tour through the end of this month, with another tour coming up in october, so having to replace everything unexpectedly is a huge financial burden. touring is already incredibly expensive, and losing the equipment she relies on makes continuing to do these shows that much harder.

we’re asking for any help at all. anything donated will go directly toward replacing the gear and merch that were stolen and helping brye get back on the road. even if you can’t donate, sharing this fundraiser helps more than you know.
