Hello, my name is Bryce. I'm a husband and a father of two. I am also a service member. In recent days, the apartment my family and I live in flooded due to a busted pipe in the vacant unit above us.

A lot of our belongings were ruined. We lost cooking utensils and appliances, family heirlooms, furniture, and a lot of other things we can't replace. Although my wife and I lost clothing and special things, our boys suffered the worst. Most of their clothes, stuffies, bedding, and toys were ruined.

Due to a hiccup and oversight on our part, our insurance doesn't cover it, and the complex, although they put us in a new unit, has denied helping us replace the things that were lost.

We are asking for our community's help while we seek legal counsel.
