Hi, my name is Bryan. My life hasn’t been easy—I spent years incarcerated, facing the consequences of choices that could have defined me forever. But prison didn’t break me. Instead, it taught me hard lessons, forced me to reflect, and ultimately gave me the strength to rebuild.

When I walked out, I made myself a promise: I would not waste the second chance life gave me. I chose growth, accountability, and purpose. Today, I’m pouring that energy into something bigger than myself—conservation.

One of the causes that drives me is protecting the bison, an animal that once roamed freely across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. While conservation efforts in the U.S. and Canada are more widely recognized, in Mexico their story is often ignored. My dream is to document their history, culture, and preservation across all three countries—especially the forgotten parts of the story.

I’m raising $10,000 to make this journey possible—covering travel, research, and documentation costs. For me, this project is about more than bison. It’s about proving that no matter where you come from—even from behind prison walls—you can rise, heal, and dedicate your life to something that leaves the world better than you found it.
