My name is Bryan I’m 50 yrs old, married and have 4 kiddos.

I was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor against my brain stem.

surgeons have to go get it right away.

Unfortunately I do not have short term disability and live check to

check. I’m going to be out of work a minimum of 6wks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
