I am Giovanna, and I am trying to raise money for the love of my life, my husband, Bruno. He it's been at the hospital for two weeks with very high calcium in his blood which was causing confusion. Shortly after admition they found a big mass in his abdomen. Bruno got admitted on Friday 2th April and today on 19th of April we still didn't get a diagnosis after scans and biopsy. Doctors says is a cancer, but it's not confirmed. Then it was linfoma, then it wasn't a linfoma, maybe something rare. Some of the team came up with a sarcoma diagnosis and then, after hours they says it wasn't confirmed. Basically, it's been 17 days we are waiting for a diagnosis. My husband may need urgent treatment and I can't have another opinion because they don't give us his exams results.
I don't know how bad is my husband, nobody knows how to answer, I am afraid that loosing this time my spoil his possibility to fight.
We have various options in Italy to get a good private oncologists, when we are from, but we need money to move back to our country and get diagnosis and treatment straight away. Looking online for treatment I found very high sum, many thousands Euros.
I am fighting every day to give my husband attention and get a diagnosis, so he can get treatment, but I am fighting against brick wall. They sent his exam from an hospital to another and every time to get an update I have to fight to speak with medical staff. This is so frustrating, my husband's abdomen is swelling and I started to worry that it may be too late.
Please, help if you can.
Blessed be.
