Bruno is our sweet French Bulldog who has brought so much joy, laughter, and comfort into our lives. He’s playful, affectionate, and full of personality — the kind of dog who makes every day a little brighter just by being himself.

Recently, our world was turned upside down when Bruno was diagnosed with Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD) after an emergency vet visit. This condition affects his spine and mobility and can be extremely painful. The news was overwhelming, and while surgery is often recommended for IVDD, it is unfortunately far beyond what we can afford.

Since his diagnosis, we have done everything medically advised that is within our means. Bruno has been seen by emergency veterinarians, placed on strict crate rest, started on medications, and we’ve been trained to help him with bladder expression at home. We also purchased a mobility wheelchair to support him once he is cleared to use it. Every decision we’ve made has been guided by what is best for his comfort, safety, and quality of life.

We are creating this GoFundMe to help cover the ongoing and unexpected costs of Bruno’s care, including:

• Emergency and follow-up veterinary visits

• Medications and pain management

• Mobility aids and recovery supplies

• Possible physical therapy and future treatments

This has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever faced, and asking for help does not come easily. But Bruno means everything to us, and we want to give him the best chance at healing and living a comfortable, happy life.
