Help Bruna Belen Fight Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

Dear family, friends and good-hearted people, my name is Brenda Justiniano, mother of 2 children, my 2-year-old baby Luis Andrés and my beautiful 7-year-old daughter Bruna Belen.

I address you appealing to your good heart for the financial support of all medical and clinical expenses. Brunita was born on May 4, 2017 with good physical conditions without any health issues. With the passing of the years she came to her life at the age of 7 years and 1 month the disease of acute lymphoblastic leukemia type B thus entering the clinic with high risk of the progression of the disease thus being able to start her treatment as soon as possible in our country Bolivia. The first month of chemotherapy she entered the emergency room with a picture Of pneumonia due to a fungus in her lungs called aspergillosis this almost cost my girl's life .after staying 23 days in intensive care requiring 2 weeks of non-invasive ventilation and 9 days of arm, she was intubated without any problem of oxygen use, with a septic shock resolved in the 29 days of intensive care.

Thus managing to advance with her next treatments and chemotherapy blocks after 3 block Brunita again had a relapse from chemotherapy and neutropenia led her to have a picture of gastroenteritis and colitis admitting her to the emergency operating room for a colostomy and that the infection does not worse being with low white blood cells and without defenses .. after the whole intervention we managed to have an improvement and get out of this picture .

It was almost 8 months of chemotherapy with relapses of infections, hospitalizations and antibiotics but thank God getting out of everything and every one of the battles presented.. being so almost reaching the last high-risk block Brunita again presented a complication and in this case it is her right little eye that she has been totally without vision so the respective resonances were performed to know what had happened and an optic neuritis (inflammation of the optic nerve) was found causing it to loose her vision in that eye. .. looking for the doctors Corresponding to each area of neurology and ophthalmology the professionals in these areas do not give us any answer where the cause comes from, and with everything being left in doubts your family oncologist has asked with the utmost urgency to leave the country to look for the cause of this inflammation since it can be an infiltration of the same disease or by some chemotherapy medication or by virus or some bacteria and all these corresponding studies to look for the cause is in post neighboring Brazil.

Querida familia amigos y personas de buen corazón, mi nombre es Brenda justiniano,madre de 2 niños , mi bebé Luis Andrés de 2 años y mi hermosa hija bruna Belen de 7 años.

Me dirijo a ustedes apelando a su buen corazón para el apoyo financiero de todos los gastos médicos y clínica , Brunita nació un 4 de mayo de 2017 con buenas condiciones físicas sin ningun inconveniente, con el pasar de los años llegó a su vida a la edad de 7años y 1 mes la enfermedad de la leucemia linfoblastica aguda tipo B entrando así a la clínica con riesgo alto del avance de la enfermedad pudiendo así empezar lo más pronto posible su tratamiento en nuestro país Bolivia, el primer mes de quimioterapias ingresó a emergencias con un cuadro de neumonía por un hongo en sus pulmones llamado aspergillosis esto casi le cuesta la vida de mi niña ..después de permanecer 23 días en terapia intensiva requiriendo 2 semanas de ventilación no invasiva y 9 días de arm. Fue entubada sin ningún problema de uso de oxígeno, con un shock séptico resuelto en los 29 días de terapia intensiva.

Logrando así avanzar con sus siguientes tratamientos y bloques de quimioterapias después de 3 bloque brunita tuvo nuevamente una recaída por la quimioterapias y la neutropenia la llevó a tener un cuadro de gastroenteritis y colitis ingresándola a quirófano de emergencias para una colostomía y que la infección no se agrave estando ella con los glóbulos blancos bajos y sin defensas ..después toda la intervención logramos así tener una mejoría y salir de este cuadro.

Fueron casi 8 meses de quimioterapias con recaídas de infecciones internaciones análisis y antibióticos pero gracias a Dios saliendo de todo y cada una de las batallas presentadas.. siendo así casi llegando al último bloque de alto riesgo brunita volvió a presentar una complicación y en este caso es la de su ojito derecho que ella ah quedado totalmente sin visión siendo así se realizaron las resonancias respectivas para saber que era lo que había pasado y se encontró una neuritis óptica ( inflamación del nervio óptico) causando así la pediría de visión en ese ojo.. buscando los médicos correspondientes a cada área de neurología y oftalmología los profesionales en estas áreas no nos dan respuesta alguna de dónde viene la causa, y con todo esté quedando en dudas su médico oncólogo de cabecera nos ha pedido con suma urgencia salir del país .. para buscar la causa de esta inflamación ya que puede ser una infiltración de la misma enfermedad o por algún medicamento de la quimioterapia o por virus o alguna bacteria y todos estos estudios correspondientes para buscar la causa es en el pos vecino Brasil .

Pidiéndoles de corazón a cada uno de uds su colaboración para solventar los gastos médicos y clínica en ese dicho país ..siendo así deseando a todas las personas amigos y familiares las bendiciones y nuestro Dios devolviéndoles el doble ..
