Help Bruin Get the Medical Care He Needs

When you meet Bruin, you know your meeting a really special dog. He's happy go lucky and loves everyone, people and dogs included. He loves to play and snuggle, and is ready to go on any adventure with you.

Unfortunately in the last few days Bruin has been in and out of the vets. He's starting to become a medical mystery, much like his mother, Jacqui. It started this past Sunday with vomiting. Since then he has had a lot of ups and downs. Initially the vets believed he could have some sort of intestinal blockage or possibly pancreatitis. They did X-rays, tests and blood work to try and figure out what was going on, but things are still unclear. The first day vet visit cost her family $1,200. He was sent home that night with supportive care, with plans to be brought back to the vet the next day to check how things were going. Tuesday things we're looking up. Bruin was seeming to be in better spirits and the puking had stopped. However, Wednesday morning he began vomiting again. At this point Jacqui's family has spent $1,750 in just 2 days. Bruin is not out of the woods, and has taken a bit of a back step from tuesday.

As a lot of you know, Jacqui herself has been dealing with a medical issue for close to a year now. She already has a stack of medical bills that she is responsible for and now this has been added to her plate. Bruin is Jacquis Soul Dog, he is one of the most important things in her life. She is devastated that he is going thru this, but she also struggling with coming up with the money for his vet bills.
