My husband Bruce was diagnosed with Severe Reactive Asthma in November 2024 and unfortunately hasn’t been able to return to work since. He was able to apply for short term disability thru his job, but it has since run out. And as of 12-31-25 so has our health insurance. (He has applied for permanent disability but so far we haven’t received any news on it.)

He has been hospitalized a couple of times and has had numerous ER visits for asthma attacks over the last year. He now has to wear oxygen every night and we also keep a portable oxygen bottle in my car so when we are away from the house. He is also having to see a lung specialist to have breathing tests done every so often along with daily meds, emergency inhalers, etc. And as of November 2025 he has started at home asthma injections.

Asking for help has been extremely hard for us, but at the moment we don’t know what else to do! As we have 2 boys that depend on us!! So any little bit will help with our medical bills & meds along with our monthly bills. (rent, lights, water, food, etc)

And most importantly PRAYERS!!!
