Help Brother Who Got in a car acc.

My brother, Alexis, was crashed into by another car. His motorcycle was totally destroyed and he was severely wounded. Unfortunately it was a hit and run and he does not know who it has because he passed out on the impact. Fortunately he is okay, but the hospital bill is too much and since he lives in Mexico with my grandma, we can't see how he is. Please help. God bless you.
