Hi family and friends! My name is Brooklyn Leslie, and I’m currently a 20 year old junior at the illustrious Winston-Salem State University. I’m beyond excited to share that I’ve been given the amazing opportunity to study abroad in Brazil in 2026!

This is truly a dream come true for me. I’ve always wanted to travel, experience new cultures, and learn from the world beyond the classroom. Studying in Brazil will give me the chance to grow as a person, expand my education, and see life from a whole new perspective.

While I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity, studying abroad comes with a lot of expenses — including travel, housing, meals, and program fees. That’s why I’m reaching out for a little help to make this dream a reality.

Any donation, no matter the size, would mean so much to me. Your support will help me represent Winston-Salem State University proudly and bring back everything I learn to inspire others. Even just sharing this page helps more than you know!

Thank you all so much for believing in me and being part of this journey. I can’t wait to make the most of this experience and make you all proud.

With love and gratitude,

Brooklyn Leslie
