Help Brooklyn get to Poland with Team Canada 2023

Hello,

My name is Kassie, and I am the proud mother of Brooklyn.

Brooklyn has been dancing since she was 4 years old, first starting in ballet and jazz. When Brooklyn was 5, she decided to try Hip Hop dance at a local studio, and from there began her passion for the music, the culture and the vibe.

As Brooklyn progressed in skill, she was put in a competitive crew at the age of 6, and went on to compete for the next 10 years winning top placements and many honors at her studio.

Through the years we did many fundraising activities such as Krispy Kreme donut sales, Beer and Burger nights and many others to help pay for travel and extras we couldn't afford so that Brooklyn could participate in the one thing that brought her joy and confidence.

Throughput highschool Brooklyn struggled with ADHD, depression and anxiety which caused her to lack self esteem and feel alone. In her grade 12 year, Brooklyn worked tirelessly to fulfill the requirements to graduate with her class, and walked across the stage in June of 2022 succeeding in what she once thought was an insurmountable task.

Since graduation Brooklyn has been teaching dance at her studio twice a week, assisting with other classes, hosting studio birthday parties, as well as teaching Hip Hop once a week at her former highschool.

Now after all the years of practices, countless competitions and challenges, Brooklyn has been accepted to be a crew member in the crews of all crews!!!! Brooklyn auditioned to represent Canada in Poland with Team Canada Hip Hop

2023, and was offered a position on the team!!!!! THIS IS HUGE!!!!!! It is like being a draft pick, and Brooklyn said YES!!!

The dance world has their Olympics, and this is it!!

She has trained for her life to do this, to get on the world stage and be a part of the team that takes home a win for her country!!

The money raised will help pay for her travel expenses to Poland, and allow her to focus on training with her team members for the next several months.

Please help her realize this dream, and she will show you what her drive, passion, consistency, hard work and dedication can do if money doesn't stand in the way!!
