Brooklyn Delaere is a twenty-two month old boy who has recently been diagnosed with cancer.  He is a lively, smart, loving and happy child.

Last week Brooklyn started having gastrointestinal issues and became lethargic. His mother, immediately took him to the pediatrician and after multiple tests he was admitted to Lurie Children's hospital with a diagnosis of neuroblastoma. Brooklyn has a tumor attached to his liver and upper right kidney.  He has also been battling fevers, anemia and shortness of breath.

Brooklyn is at the beginning of his treatment and requires a MIGB scan, bone marrow biopsy, chemotherapy, and radiation at the least.  As you most likely know, this treatment is expensive and Brooklyn and his family would appreciate any help at this time.

All donations will go directly to Brooklyn's mother, Wanda Polanco, to help her deal with the financial issues that have occurred due to his illness.
