Help Brooke Stay Safe, Sheltered, and Medically Supported

Brooke has one of those hearts that is rare in form and full of love for their students, friends, family, their service pup Lincoln, and a certain torti named Janet. A photographer of great talent, a pink-haired fiend on the ice, and a dancer of many forms (don’t let them tell you otherwise), they bring color to the world even if their photos are in black and white.

They have built a small but mighty community of human who love them dearly and come to them in times of hurt and growth.

Now Brooke needs us.

Lingering medical issues has put them in a precarious financial position and is at imminent risk of losing their apartment and medically necessary care team. While we nail down steady resources to keep Brooke safe, sheltered, and supported, I’m calling on the community to help bridge the gap.

The goal seems lofty but Brooke has a strong resolve for recovery and the funds will go towards the necessities:

-Rent

-COBRA insurance

-Food and utilities

-Various living and care expenses
