Help Brooke Row to Remission: For Cancer Survivors like me!
Donation protected
Hi, I’m Brooke—an adventurer, storyteller, and, as of a few months ago, a cancer survivor.
In Nov 2024, I was diagnosed with Bethesda Level VI papillary thyroid cancer and underwent major surgery. It was a battle I never expected, but instead of letting it define me, I’ve chosen to fight back in the best way I know how—by embracing life fully and fearlessly.
That’s why I’m competing in the Noman Campaign, an endurance rowing challenge focused on raising awareness for HPV related cancers, in which a team of 4 women and I will be manually rowing across the Mediterranean sea with nothing but our own will power, no motors necessary.
To compete, I’ve pledged to raise £10,000 (or $13,000 USD) for the HPV & Anal Cancer Foundation, alongside a personal commitment to raise $5,000 for ThyCa—an organization supporting thyroid cancer patients like me.
This isn’t just about fundraising. It’s about proving that even in the face of adversity, life doesn’t stop. I’ll be sharing my journey—past and present adventures—as a testament to resilience, joy, and pushing limits despite the obstacles.
If my story resonates with you, I’d love your support. Every donation, big or small, fuels this mission and helps make a difference for treatment and education for cancer patients just like me.
Let’s row toward remission—together.
