Hi, my name is Brooke. During the day, I am a teacher assistant (to students who have special needs) and a part-time retail associate. When I am not working those jobs, I am an actress. I made my first short film in 2016 (He Said What Now?), co-founded a sketch comedy team (The Salty Nuts) in 2019, and recently finished my screenplay (that I co-wrote) for B.A.D (Build A Date).

B.A.D is a short film about a young woman whose love life isn't exactly a fairy tale. She is glued to her dating apps in hopes one day she'll find her prince charming. Of course, that isn't working. It's not until her friend introduces her to the B.A.D experience where she has a glimpse of hope of finding true love.

Bringing this short film to life means the world to me. I am raising funds in order to hire a crew (camera people, lighting, director, editors, etc.), pay for locations, promotional materials, and to pay the actors/actresses a part of this film. Every cent raised will be going straight into this film. Anything is greatly appreciated.
