Help Brooke and Jake

Hi, my name is Samantha and I’m doing this fundraiser for my brother in law and his girlfriend Brooke.

Brooke unexpectedly went into premature labor at 23 weeks with twins Leah Ann and Levi Jacob. Because they are both very early they are having to undergo extensive medical care for the next few months so this is going to be a very long hard road for the entire family!

any contributions will be used to help with any medical expenses and to help ease the burden of supporting a new family of 5 while they go through this hard time!
