Help Brittany & Dave Rebuild After a Devastating Apartment Fire

On December 28, 2025, a tragic apartment fire changed everything for my dear friends Brittany and Dave. The fire was not their fault, but it took everything they owned. They escaped with their lives, and thankfully Brittany, Dave, and their beloved cat Snugglefart are physically safe. However, they lost all of their belongings—everything they own was destroyed. At this moment, they truly have nothing but the clothes they were wearing.

Adding to the heartbreak, their neighbor tragically lost their life in the fire. Our hearts are heavy for everyone affected by this devastating loss.

Brittany and Dave are exceptional humans. From the time we worked together at Mud Bay to the many years of friendship since, they have consistently gone above and beyond for others. They are incredibly talented artists, kind souls, and the type of people who show up without hesitation when someone is in need. Now, they are the ones who need help.

Any donation—no matter the amount—will go directly toward helping them replace basic necessities like clothing, food, housing needs, and essentials as they begin the long process of rebuilding their lives. No one should have to start the new year this way.
