Hello! We are Brittany and Bovi, AKA the Bovi Family. We own and operate the independent wrestling promotion known as World’s Greatest Wrestling (WGW). We are going to open a space/headquarters for WGW for a place to keep our ring and equipment as well as general office space. We started off as wrestling fans in the Southern California scene. The journey that led us into the ring is what made us choose to start our own promotion.

Brittany was a fan and even took her first bumps in a ring back in the early 2000s. After realizing that being in the ring wasn’t for her, Brittany moved on to other career plans. She would go on to get a Master’s Degree in HR and would sing in a few bands/projects. However, she never lost her love for the storytelling and feats of pro wrestling.

Bovi learned and trained in amateur wrestling from junior high school into college. During this time, he spent around 10 years in indie filmmaking. He was also the singer for a metal band called Bourbon Missile Crisis. In January of 2020, Bovi began his training in pro wrestling. He debuted and has loved this decision every day.

We met each other online and knew that we had to keep each other. Shortly thereafter, Brittany began accompanying Bovi to the ring. That last part isn’t just romantic. It’s actually an important part of this business introduction. We love wrestling (also, art in general) so we booked a wrestling match during our wedding. The ceremony was beautiful, and we knew that we found our calling. We wanted to put our years of arts/entertainment together with our experience in Human Resources, communication, and organization. By August of 2024, we had started running WGW in Las Vegas.

We have had 3 successful shows (4 if you count our wedding) and we learned that we can have a positive impact on the wrestling community. We are going to expand upon that feeling in our new home. Our job will be to create opportunities for wrestlers, but our goal is to create a positive change in the industry.

The money that we raise will go towards our headquarters, our ring upkeep, padding, safety equipment, and office space. Like any business, we will have continuous costs. However, the figure of $30,000 is what we calculate we will need to make it through our first year. If you want to invest, or would prefer a loan, feel free to message us about that as well.
