My name is Brisa Uviedo, and I am so grateful to be a part of the Argentine Women’s National Lacrosse Team. Being on this team has brought me closer to my roots and the country where I was born, and I feel incredibly lucky to share this journey with such an amazing and supportive group of women who have truly become like family to me.

This year, we have the incredible opportunity to compete in the 2026 Women’s Lacrosse World Championship in Tokyo, Japan, from July 24 to August 2. Representing Argentina on the world stage is a dream come true, but as our team is 100% self-funded, we are each responsible for covering our own expenses for this once-in-a-lifetime journey.

I am reaching out to ask for your support in helping me get to Japan. The funds raised will go directly toward my travel, tournament fees, and equipment—essential costs that will allow me to join my teammates and give my all for Argentina. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings me one step closer to making this dream a reality and helps ensure our team can compete at the highest level.
