I wanted to First start by saying thanks for reading this. As many of you may or may not know, my hubby Joel went to Mexico 10 days ago for his green card interview. He went in to do his interview this morning and was DENIED on the basis that our attorney did not do the paperwork correctly. Now he is being told that he cannot return or apply for 10 years. This is obviously not an option!
That’s right, ten years. It is unimaginable that this would happen as we had done everything correctly(or so we thought) from the start. I obviously cannot sit idle and let him stay there. So I’m trying to raise some money to hire TWO immigration attorneys to bring him home. He will be unable to work as I need him to fight for this. I will be maintaining my job and will work for the both of us. With that said, we can’t do it all on our own. So many people have reached out to offer help. Here is your chance.
I deeply deeply appreciate you taking the time and sending this to everyone you know. I am hoping for a miracle but it will not happen over night. We are doing our best and thought we prepared thoroughly, but here we are. I am asking for any donations, even $5.
