With a broken heart, I am writing these words. My name is Ana , and I am a close friend of Vlăduț Codruț Mois’s sister, Ancuta Codruta Mois. His family is going through the most painful moment of their lives, and I want to help them fulfill their last duty to Vlăduț.

Vlăduț was a wonderful soul – a son, a brother, a friend – a young man full of life and dreams, who was just one month away from turning 25.

Yesterday, on what seemed to be an ordinary day, he left home to pick up his girlfriend from work. Just four minutes away from home, in Knaphill, Woking, a devastating accident took place, taking Vlăduț’s life far too soon. Everything happened so quickly and so close to home that the family is still in shock, unable to believe it’s real.

Now, Vlăduț’s family needs our support to bring him back home to Maramureș, Romania, where he belongs and where his loved ones are waiting to say their final goodbyes.

The costs of repatriation and funeral arrangements are overwhelming:

• Funeral transport within the UK to the airport,

• International flight for repatriation,

• All necessary documents and legal procedures,

• Transport from the airport in Romania to Maramureș,

• Funeral services to lay him to rest.

Every penny raised through this campaign will be directly transferred to Vlăduț’s family’s sister bank account, Ancuta Codruta Mois, to cover his expenses and ensure his return home with dignity and love.
