I am Tracy’s mother,Barbara Rishel. I just finished taking care of my brothers arrangements, whom we lost at Christmas time.Now my youngest daughter Tracy was killed by an suv on knocksville a highway I-40. She was walking with a friend and a suv struck and killed her. This has been very hard to except. We lost her brother about three years ago. Now I have lost my two youngest. I haven’t the money for this and after 30days they ,knocksville, will keep her remains. I just want to bring Tracy home. Please help me if you can. I will appreciate it very much.
